Huguet de Can Feixes

At the very top of D.O. Penedès and in the foothills of the Montserrat pinnacle lies Can Feixes, an historic and beautiful estate producing among the best white, sparkling and red wines of Cataluña. 

The Feixes family assured contiguous continuity of their extensive mountainside estate for over 400 years, through inheritance by the single eldest successor of each generation retaining the Feixes name. Following demise of the last Feixes in the early 1900s. the Huguet family acquired the property. The commitment to the land and its conservation has continued.

CanFeixesSituationAt over 1500 feet and on mountainside soils of gravel and clay, Can Feixes wines achieve fine structure and balance. The Parellada variety comes into its own here, and is known locally as Montonec. 200 acres of vines include old-vine Montonec and Macabeo plus Chardonnay and Malvasía de Sitges for whites, Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot for reds.

Can Feixes Blanc Selecció is a blend of Montonec, Macabeo, Malvasía de Sitges and Chardonnay. Its freshness, medium body and dry, mineral aftertaste place it among the best fresh whites in Spain.

Huguet Brut Nature Gran Reserva is among Spain’s greatest Cavas and a distinguished méthode champenoise by any measure. Selected plots are farmed specifically to produce Cava. Montonec, Macabeo and Pinot Noir are blended and bottled to phentermine upon order. While 30 months is the minimum for Gran Reserva, Huguet Brut is aged at least 60 months (that’s FIVE YEARS!) on the yeast and is a marvel of freshness and delicacy. It receives ZERO dosage and is offered in its most natural state.
